目的探讨痰热清与头孢呋辛联合用药治疗肺炎的临床效果。方法 160例肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组给予头孢呋辛治疗,观察组给予痰热清联合头孢呋辛治疗。对比两组疗效。结果对照组总有效率为82.50%,观察组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组,经比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及胸片完全吸收时间与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论痰热清与头孢呋辛联合用药治疗肺炎的临床效果确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of pneumonia. Methods 160 patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases each. The control group was given cefuroxime, and the observation group was given Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime. Compare two groups curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.50%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The observation group patients with antipyretic time, cough disappear time, pulmonary rales disappeared time and chest X-ray absorption time compared with the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of pneumonia is clinically effective and worthy of clinical application.
