素质教育倡导培养德、智、体、美全面发展的学生。而小学生强健体魄的塑造则离不开小学体育学科,离不开体育锻炼。体育锻炼不仅能让学生在活动中了解体育知识,掌握体育技巧,而且会提高学生的身体素质,磨练学生意志,培养学生吃苦耐劳的品质。因此,在小学体育教学中,教师要让学生认识到体育锻炼的重要性,养成坚持体育锻炼的好习惯,为以后的继续学习和走向社会打下坚实的基础。本文中,笔者根据自己多年的体育教学经验,阐述了小学阶段培养学生良好的体育锻炼习惯的几个小方法,仅供广大体育同仁借鉴、指正。
Quality education advocates cultivating moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development of students. The physical fitness of primary school students can not do without the formation of primary school sports disciplines, inseparable from physical exercise. Physical exercise not only allows students to understand sports knowledge in the activities, master sports skills, but also improve the physical fitness of students, hone their will and cultivate students’ hard-working quality. Therefore, in primary school PE teaching, teachers should make students recognize the importance of physical exercise and develop a good habit of insisting on physical exercise so as to lay a solid foundation for further study and social progress. In this paper, the author based on his many years of teaching experience in physical education, described the primary stage of training students in good physical exercise a few small way, only for the majority of sports colleagues learn from and correct.
