目的 :研究体外补充牛磺酸保护晶体免受氧化损伤 ,防止白内障形成的作用。方法 :将正常兔晶体分为正常条件培养组 (对照组 ) ,Feton模型组 (氧化损伤组 ) ,氧化损伤同时给 0 5%和 1%牛磺酸保护组 ,体外培养 2 4h后 ,观察各组晶体的混浊情况 ,光镜和透射电镜下的晶体组织学变化。结果 :对照组晶体雾样混浊率为 8% ,无白内障形成 ;Feton模型组白内障发生率 10 0 % ;0 5%牛磺酸组雾样混浊率 67% ,无白内障形成 ;1%牛磺酸组晶体雾样混浊率 2 5% ,无白内障形成。组织学观察 ,Feton模型组严重损害 ,0 5%牛磺酸组部分损害 ,1%牛磺酸组轻微损害。结论 :体外补充牛磺酸有防止白内障形成的作用 ,1%浓度效果更为理想。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of taurine supplementation in vitro on protection against oxidative damage and cataract formation. Methods: The normal rabbits were divided into normal group (control group), Feton model group (oxidative injury group), oxidative injury group (0 5% and 1% taurine), and cultured for 24 hours in vitro. The opacity of the group crystals, the crystal histological changes under light and transmission electron microscopy. Results: In the control group, the opacity rate of crystal fog was 8%, no cataract was formed. The incidence of cataract in Feton model group was 100%. The haze ratio in fog of 0 5% taurine group was 67%, no cataract formation and 1% Crystal fog-like opacity rate of 25%, no cataract formation. Histological observations revealed severe damage in the Feton model group, partial damage in the 0 5% taurine group, and slight damage in the 1% taurine group. CONCLUSION: Taurine is supplemented in vitro to prevent the formation of cataract. The effect of 1% concentration is more ideal.
