南京港第一作业区是个综合性装卸作业区,1978年我们学习上海港搞好安全质量的经验,初步制订了装卸质量标准,开始扭转了长期以来事故多、质量差的被动局面。去年3月,.我区通过搞整顿、制订和贯彻标准,推行全面安全质量管理以来,取得了一定成效。1981年全作业区分别提前25天和4个月完成了年度吞吐量和利润指标,消灭了货差责任
The first operation area of Nanjing Port was a comprehensive loading and unloading area.
