研究了Ti-15-3钛合金薄板退火状态和冷轧状态的超塑性,m值均在700℃出现峰值,达0.4,延伸率为260%。冷轧箔材在700℃可吹塑成形复杂构件,并可获得优良的力学性能。该构件在卫星上得到应用。
The superplasticity of the Ti-15-3 titanium alloy sheet in the annealed and cold rolled states was studied. The m values all peaked at 700 ℃, reaching 0.4 and the elongation of 260%. Cold-rolled foils can be blown at 700 ° C to form complex components and achieve excellent mechanical properties. This component is used on satellites.
