如果说2009年是我国电信运营行业重组后全业务运营的第一年、3G启动的元年,那么,随着2010年的到来,全业务运营与3G发展都将进入全面推进的关键时期。因此,2010年对电信运营企业来说,注定也是不平凡的一年。在日前召开的中国移动2010年工作会议上,王建宙总裁指出,2010年是实施“十一五”规划的最后一年,也是推进TD-SCDMA发展的关键一年,各级公司要按照全年工作总体要求,靠创新推进工作,用智慧开展经营,围绕规模发展TD-SCDMA加快建设创新型企业的关键任务,重点抓好六个方面的工作:一是规模推进TD-SCDMA建设运营,提高发展效果。二是打造差异化竞争优势,增强可持续经营能力。三是优化运营模式与增长结构,保持发展质量和盈利能力。四是加快建设创新型企业,推进形成创新发展局面。五是切实加强精细管理和基础管理,着力提升管理效益。六是统筹内外发展关系,保持稳健和谐的发展环境。由此,如何正确执行中国移动通信集团及湖南省的地方发展战略,充分调动员工的积极性,保持持续健康发展成为长沙移动必须解答的问题。
