目的研究急诊科护理人员对患者关怀能力程度以及影响因素,为今后制定有效的护理关怀策略提供依据。方法制作关怀能力调查表100份,随机选取江西省某市5个三甲医院急诊科护士100名,对其进行问卷调查。结果收集了100份调查问卷,其中有效问卷95份,对95份问卷进行分析发现急诊科护士整体的关怀能力普遍较低,总得分为167.89±15.68分,其中耐心维度为47.89±6.79分,认知维度为58.42±8.73分,而勇气维度为58.94±20.37分。就工作年限而言,不同工作年限护理人员关怀能力比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.235,>0.05);在编,合同制以及临时工相比较,三组差异有统计学意义(F=8.375, 0.05); Scores varied significantly for dif erent forms of employment and whether the emergency department nurses was single-child ( =8.375, <0.01 and =8.129, 0.05). Conclusion The caring capacity of nurses in emergency department is low in general. The managers should raise the rate of nurses employed personnel modestly and appropriately raise the wage of temporary nurses so that al the nurses in emergency department can involve the wholeness of themselves into their work. In addition, nurse scheduling should be optimized, the work intensity reduce, the psychological counseling conduct in nurses in emergency departments. Only do these can the caring ability of nurses in emergency departments be improved.
