群众文化作为文化体系中重要组成部分,是文化建设的根本。我国人民群众文化工作的本质是以人为本,为人们服务,在社会经济的快速发展下,精神文明已经成为亿万人民群众有能力自己去经营和管理的事业。因此在丰富群众文化,加强社会主义现代化建设过程中,必须充分发挥出群众主体的作用,肯定群众在精神文明建设中的重要性,从而为人民群众创造一个积极向上、和谐稳定的生活和娱乐氛围。
As an important part of the cultural system, mass culture is the foundation of cultural construction. The essence of our people’s cultural work is people-oriented and serve the people. Under the rapid development of social economy, spiritual civilization has become a cause that hundreds of millions of people have the ability to run and manage on their own. Therefore, in enriching the masses’ culture and strengthening socialist modernization, we must give full play to the role of the masses and affirm the importance of the masses in the spiritual civilization so as to create a positive, harmonious and stable atmosphere of life and entertainment for the masses of the people .
