硬质合金中含有钨、钴等贵重金属,是国家建设的重要物资。积极回收废合金,变废为宝,是贯彻执行毛主席“勤俭建国”方针的实际行动。多年来,株洲硬质合金厂处理废合金一直沿用苏修三十年代设计的反射炉熔炼的老工艺。这种工艺存在工序多,生产周期长,原材料消耗大,金属回收率低,劳动条件差,污染严重等一系列问题,致使回收困难,大量废合金不能得到充分利
