改革开放后,虽然河南省经济整体水平得到了飞跃式的改观,但由于众多历史及地理位置条件的影响,河南省局部区域依然存在部分发达地区,并且这种贫富的两极化差距依然存在一定的增长趋势。面对县域经济差异的日益严重化,河南省采取了一系列扶持措施,以协调区域经济发展,通过宏观调控,引导欠发达地区经济的发展,缩小区域间经济发展的贫富差距,最终实现全省水平的经济大发展。以河南省信阳市为案例,本文系统地分析了信阳市部分区域经济落发展缓慢的原因,有针对性地提出了解决信阳地区部分县区经济难题的对策,对其他地区县域经济的研究有指导和借鉴意义。
