基于参数化骨料的特点,在混凝土二维参数化骨料模型的创建中,提出了让覆盖椭圆可以相互有重叠,骨料却相互分离的创建方法。该方法降低了骨料之间的相互排斥性,可以在创建的试件中缩小骨料之间的空隙,从而增加试件中骨料的含量,提高模型创建的速度。同时,在模型的创建中采用了按级配分级随机投放的方式,保证了骨料分布的合理性。实验表明:使用该方法能够比较快的按三级配生成含骨料75%以上的几何模型试件,可以满足大体积、全级配、高强度混凝土的骨料投放模拟要求。最后给出了力学分析实例,以说明该算法的有效性。
Based on the characteristics of parameterized aggregate, in the creation of concrete two-dimensional parametric aggregate model, we proposed a method to create a method that the covering ovals can overlap with each other and the aggregates separate from each other. The method reduces the mutual exclusivity between the aggregates, and can reduce the gaps between the aggregates in the created specimens, so as to increase the aggregate content in the specimens and speed up the model creation. At the same time, the method of grading random grading was adopted in the model creation to ensure the rationality of aggregate distribution. Experiments show that using this method, the geometrical model specimen with more than 75% aggregate can be quickly produced in three stages, which can meet the requirements of aggregate placement of large volume, full grade and high strength concrete. Finally, an example of mechanical analysis is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
