目的为确保按免疫程序、高质量对适龄儿童进行计划免疫接种,进一步提高免疫成功率和及时接种率,降低疫苗耗损应推行集中定点免疫服务。方法根据2007年12月结合达茂旗卫生局和达茂旗疾病预防控制中心业务考核工作对全旗22个接种点开展免疫规划服务状况进行分析。结果接种医生的分布数量、素质以及待遇等直接影响着接种工作实施和接种质量的好坏。结论为确保按免疫程序、高质量对适龄儿童进行计划免疫接种,进一步提高免疫成功率和及时接种率,降低疫苗耗损应推行集中定点免疫服务;大督导力度,规范督导行为也是加强免疫规划工作的有力措施。
Objectives To ensure centralized and targeted immunization services to ensure planned vaccination of school-age children according to immunization procedures and high quality, to further improve the success rate of immunization and timely vaccination rate and reduce vaccine consumption.
