头孢哌酮(cefoperazone)粉针剂在日本与美国分别于1979年和1980年制成产品投入市场。国内合作研制头孢哌酮是我国“六五”规划的重点攻关项目。上海第三制药厂与太原制药厂于1983年研制成头孢哌酮,并于1984年11月至1985年5月在上海华山医院、儿科医院、中山医院、青浦朱家角人民医院和第八人民医院等13所医院进行了临床考核。最近由国家医药管理局在上海召开了此药技术鉴定会。共有199例临床研究病例,包括肝胆系、呼吸系、
Cefoperazone powder injection was put on the market in Japan and the United States in 1979 and 1980, respectively. Domestic cooperation in the development of cefoperazone is China’s “Six Five” planning key project. Shanghai Third Pharmaceutical Factory and Taiyuan Pharmaceutical Factory in 1983 developed into cefoperazone, and in November 1984 to May 1985 in Shanghai Huashan Hospital, Pediatric Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital, Qingpu Zhujiajiao People’s Hospital and the Eighth People’s Hospital, etc. Thirteen hospitals conducted a clinical assessment.
