本文利用“中国雇主雇员匹配数据追踪调查”数据,基于拓展的Mincer工资方程,运用最小二乘回归(OLS)方法,在控制了个人特征以及企业特征等变量的影响下,检验了职业隔离对个人收入的影响,并进一步分男女样本进行了讨论。研究发现,行业间与职业间的性别隔离对个人收入具有显著的影响;正是由于职业隔离对男性和女性收入的影响,部分地导致了性别之间的收入差距。
Based on the extended Mincer wage equation and the least-squares regression (OLS) method, this paper uses the data of “China Employers Employee Matching Data Tracing Survey” to test the effect of occupational segregation under the influence of variables such as personal characteristics and firm characteristics The impact on personal income, and further discussion of male and female samples. The study found that gender segregation between industries and occupations had a significant impact on personal income; it was precisely because of the impact of occupational segregation on male and female income that, in part, led to the income gap between the sexes.
