随着新课程标准的不断深入,学生主体地位的彰显被提升到越来越重要的地位,新课改要求培养学生的自主学习能力、自主管理能力、自主发展能力,使学生在逐步养成自立、自理、合作的意识。在高中施行学生自主管理班级,是学生这些能力培养的良好契机。针对教师管理观念陈旧,学生自我管理能力不足、参与自主管理意识不强等问题,教师应该通过主动转变班级管理观念、提高学生自我管理能力、完善班级管理制度等措施,促进学生自主能力的发展。基于高中班级自主管理存在的问题及对策,我们展开探讨。
With the deepening of the new curriculum standards, the manifestation of students ’subjective status has been promoted to an increasingly important position. The new curriculum reform calls for the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability, self-management ability and self-development ability so that students gradually form their own self-reliance , Self-care, cooperation awareness. The implementation of student self-management classes in high school is a good opportunity for students to develop these abilities. In view of the obsolescence of teachers’ management concept, the lack of self-management ability of students and the lack of self-management awareness, teachers should promote the development of students’ self-abilities through initiatively changing the concepts of class management, improving students’ self-management ability and improving class management system. Based on the self-management of high school class problems and countermeasures, we start to explore.
