利用苗期反复干旱胁迫法,调查了18份绿豆品种资源在干旱胁迫下的表现,采用隶属函数值法综合评价其耐旱性,结果筛选出洮98502、冀绿2号、吉绿11号、吉绿9号为耐旱型(R)种质,耐旱中间型(MR)、耐旱敏感型(S)种质各7份。对干旱胁迫下性状与耐旱平均隶属函数值进行了相关分析,结果表明总根长、根干重、植株干重与平均隶属函数值呈极显著正相关。因此,在反复干旱胁迫下,总根长、根干重、植株干重可以作为绿豆苗期耐旱性鉴定的指标。
The drought resistance of 18 mung bean cultivars under drought stress was investigated by using repeated drought stress in seedling stage. The drought tolerance of the mungbean germplasm resources under drought stress was evaluated. The results showed that 98 982, JI 2, Ji-li 9 was drought-resistant (R) germplasm, drought-tolerant intermediate (MR) and drought tolerant (S) germplasm each 7. The correlation analysis between the average membership function value under drought stress and drought tolerance showed that the total root length, the root dry weight and the dry weight of the plant had a significant positive correlation with the average membership function value. Therefore, under repeated drought stress, the total root length, root dry weight and plant dry weight could be used as indexes to identify the drought tolerance of mung bean seedling.
