目的:分析临床医护人员对肿瘤晚期患者临终关怀和姑息支持的态度,为医院更好的开展临终患者管理工作提供参考。方法:采用问卷的方式,对医院150名医护人员进行晚期肿瘤患者姑息支持和临终关怀的态度进行调查,针对相关因素进行分析并提出对应管理建议。结果:医护人员对晚期肿瘤患者姑息支持和临终关怀的态度,与性别和月收入无明显关系,与年龄段、学历、岗位、工作年限及家中是否有危重患者有直接关系。结论:医护人员对晚期肿瘤患者姑息支持和临终关怀的态度,决定了服务质量,因此医院管理者们应发挥充分发挥有利因素及不断改善不利因素,让医护人员的态度向积极方向转变。
Objective: To analyze the attitudes of clinicians to hospice care and palliative support in patients with advanced cancer, and to provide reference for the hospital to carry out the management of hospice patients better. Methods: A questionnaire was used to investigate the palliative care and hospice attitude of 150 medical staff in the hospital, and to analyze the related factors and put forward corresponding management suggestions. Results: The attitudes toward palliative care and hospice in medical care workers were not significantly related to gender and monthly income. They were directly related to age, educational level, job title, length of service, and whether there were critically ill patients in the family. Conclusion: Medical staff’s attitude towards palliative support and hospice in patients with advanced cancer determines the quality of service. Therefore, hospital administrators should give full play to their advantages and continuously improve their unfavorable factors so that the attitudes of medical staff change in a positive direction.
