深入实施创新驱动发展战略不断提升城市综合竞争力 10月15日,大连市委举行2013年第五次常委集体学习,围绕创新驱动发展主题进行了深入研讨。中国工程院院士、大连理工大学教授王众托围绕创新驱动发展主题,结合相关理论和实践案例,解读了创新驱动发展的相关理论及国内外先进城市的实践案例,探讨了我市实施创新驱动发展战略的实践路径。市科技局局长江亲瑜汇报了我市创新驱动发展战略实施情况及下一步工作思路。
