在低收入家庭住房条件得到较大改善的同时,西安市还下大力气解决中等偏下收入居民的住房困难。去年9月开始建设的三桥公共租赁住房项目是西安市政府投资的首个公共租赁住房项目。这些公共租赁住房主要用于解决既不能享受廉租住房待遇、也无力购买经济适用住房居民的住房困难,一些低收入外来务工人员及新就业大学生等群体也在公共租赁住房保障范围之内。
While the housing conditions of low-income families have been greatly improved, Xi’an also made great efforts to solve the housing difficulties of middle-income residents. The Sanqiao public rental housing project, which started construction in September last year, is the first public rental housing project invested by Xi’an Municipal Government. These public rental housing is mainly used to solve the housing difficulties that neither can enjoy the low-rent housing treatment, but also unable to buy affordable housing residents, some low-income migrant workers and new employment college students and other groups within the scope of public rental housing protection.
