目的分析胫腓骨骨折给予内固定加以封闭负压吸引的围术期护理效果。方法两组患者均实施锁定板内固定术,术后给予持续性负压封闭吸引。对照组单纯给予围手术期常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上还实施封闭负压吸引专项围术期护理配合。对比两组整体治疗情况及护理满意度。结果全部患者手术成功,顺利一期愈合,实现二期创面修复。研究组平均换药次数、负压吸引解除天数、平均住院天数、创面感染率均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为85.96%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论胫腓骨骨折给予内固定加以封闭负压吸引效果显著,辅以科学完善的围术期护理能够显著促进患者恢复,规避感染风险,提高护理满意水平。
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing effect of tibiofibular fractures treated with closed negative suction. Methods Two groups of patients underwent locking plate fixation, postoperative sustained negative pressure closure to attract. Control group was given routine perioperative nursing, the study group in the control group based on the implementation of closed negative pressure to attract special perioperative nursing cooperation. The two groups compared the overall treatment and nursing satisfaction. Results All the patients were successfully surgically operated and successfully recovered in the first phase and repaired in the second stage. The average number of dressing changes, the number of days of negative pressure lifting, the average days of hospitalization and the wound infection rate in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 85.96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%, P <0.05). Conclusions The tibiofibular fractures treated with closed negative suction have a significant effect. Combined with the scientific perioperative nursing, patients can be significantly rehabilitated, avoid the risk of infection and improve the level of nursing satisfaction.
