危机是“转机与恶化的分水岭”,危机管理是企业和行业健康发展的必由之路。煤炭行业危机管理有紧迫性、灵活性和预防性等特点。目前在我国煤炭行业管理中,存在一些问题,需要以危机管理的意识、方法和手段实施管理。行业协会应促进政府职能的转变,维护合理的市场结构,促进技术革新和人力资源的管理、促进行业拓展与行业联合,有效实施煤炭行业危机管理。
Crisis is the “turning point and deteriorating watershed”, crisis management is the only way for the healthy development of enterprises and industries. The crisis management in the coal industry is urgent, flexible and preventative. At present, there are some problems in the management of coal industry in our country, and we need to implement the management with the awareness, methods and means of crisis management. The trade associations should promote the transformation of government functions, maintain a reasonable market structure, promote technological innovation and human resources management, promote the joint development of the industry with the industry and effectively implement the crisis management in the coal industry.
