针对以往的矿井通风现场实验所遇到的问题,即在地下挖掘巷道或者在地面砌筑巷道,要花费大量的时间和人工,既费时又费力,还会受到仪器精度的影响,难以达到预期的实验效果.采用PVC管按照一定比例组装小体积矿井控制模型模拟的方法,虽然与原有的通风系统模型原理相似,但是采用Visual Basic程序编写上位机程序软件,利用了精密的风速传感器、压差传感器和风门执行器进行了矿井通风的模拟实验,模拟实验的结果表明实验更加精确,更容易调节.该实验系统具有低成本、小体积、直观、操作简易、功能全面等特点.
