The Cold-waterproof waterproof layer technology exchange promotion conference was jointly held by the Ministry of Railways Infrastructure Information Network, the Anhui Provincial Institute of Railways, and the Fourth Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways from June 19 to June 21, 1984. The conference venue is located in the third Engineering Bureau. There are 90 representatives from 36 units within and outside the road. The comrades of the Fengtai Bridge Plant, the Institute of Iron and Steel, the Southwest Institute of the Ministry of Railways, the Anhui Institute of Construction, and the six companies of the China Construction Bureau made academic reports at the meeting and introduced the general situation of cold-work waterproof layers at home and abroad as well as the railway bridges.
