为纪念中国人民抗日战争和世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年,宣传抗日劲旅新四军在浴血抗战和创建华中抗日根据地的丰功伟绩和对世界反法西斯战争的伟大贡献,弘扬铁军精神,实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的中国梦,中共上海市委党史研究室、上海市新四军历史研究会拟定于2015年5月份召开主题为《“新四军与上海”第二次学术研讨会——纪念中国抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年》。为此,特举办征文活动。征文选题主要包括以下三个方面:
