在基层的一些郊区或山区,由于家长对鼠药或农药的管理不善,造成儿童误食鼠药或农药的中毒性脑病不少,现将我院1996年3月 2 0 0 2年9月,小儿科收治的5 5例临床确诊的鼠药或农药中毒性脑病,且既往无症状性癫疒间史的患儿进行临床及脑电图随访观察,以探讨儿童中毒性脑病继发癫疒间
In some suburb or mountainous areas at the grassroots level, due to the poor management of rat poison or parental pesticide by parents, poisoning encephalopathy caused by children’s ingestion of rodenticides or pesticides has been reported. In March 1996, September 2002, Pediatric treatment of 55 cases of clinically confirmed rat poison or pesticide poisoning encephalopathy, and previous history of asymptomatic epilepsy in children with clinical and EEG follow-up observation to explore children with toxic encephalopathy secondary epilepsy
