本文分析了定型产品SGO21输出波形前沿可能出现毛剌和输出最小脉宽太宽两个主要问题的机理,并提出了改进线路方案。模拟电路实验和管芯取样实验证实:机理分析是正确的,改进方案是可行的。
In this paper, the mechanism of the two major problems of possible burrs and the minimum pulse width of the output waveform of the shaping product SGO21 is analyzed, and an improved circuit scheme is proposed. Simulated circuit experiments and die sampling experiments confirm that the mechanism analysis is correct and it is feasible to improve the scheme.
