党的十一届三中全会会召开以来的四川十年,是发生巨大变革的十年,是取得辉煌成就的十年,也是不断越过艰难险阻、不断面对新问题新困难的十年。 十年改革,改变了城乡面貌,创造了巨大的财富,改变着人们的思想观念,塑造着一代新人。 十年改革,涉及到各条战线,各阶层人民,在改革的冲击波中,新生事物层出不穷,复杂问题相继涌现,新旧更迭如星移斗转,其内涵之丰富,其表象之多样,可以使人眼花缭乱,目不暇接。
The ten years since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee has been held is a decade of tremendous changes and a decade of brilliant achievements.
