美国是世界上最大的发达国家,自建国至今,虽然同样面临国际形势的跌宕起伏,但其在国际社会中的实力不容小觑,并一直扮演着重要的政治角色。国会是美国最大的立法机构,而国会议员大多为先进的政治领袖,其灵活的外交思想和缜密的政治言论同样是总统和参众两院作出决策的重要理论依据。本文通过解析立法权的内涵,进一步梳理美国国会的政治制度,以便民众了解,共促政治和谐。
As the largest developed country in the world, the United States has so far faced the ups and downs of the international situation. However, its strength in the international community can not be underestimated and it has always played an important political role. Congress is the largest legislative body in the United States. Most of the members of the National Assembly are advanced political leaders. Their flexible diplomatic thinking and meticulous political speech are also important theoretical bases for the decision-making of the President and the Senate. By analyzing the connotation of legislative power, this article further sorts out the political system of the United States Congress so that the public can understand and promote political harmony.
