应用显微注射转基因技术将化学合成的人血管紧张素Ⅱ基因通过显微注射的方法导入小鼠受精卵雄原核内,然后将胚胎移植入假孕母鼠子宫内,提取30只新出生的小鼠的基因组DNA,与地高辛标记的合成的人血管紧张素Ⅱ基因探针杂交,有2只小鼠出现杂交信号,初步建成合成血管紧张素Ⅱ转基因小鼠模型。
Microinjection transgenic technique was used to introduce chemically synthesized human angiotensin Ⅱ gene into the pronucleus of mouse fertilized ovum by microinjection. Then, the embryos were transplanted into the uterus of fake pregnant rats and 30 newborn small The mouse genomic DNA was hybridized with digoxigenin-labeled synthetic human angiotensin II gene probe, and 2 mice showed hybridization signal. A synthetic angiotensin II transgenic mouse model was initially established.
