首先论述从淬火-分配(Q&P)工艺发展起来的淬火-分配-回火(Q-P-T)工艺以及两者的差异,总结Q-P-T钢从超高强度到高强塑性的发展,对比先进新型Q-P-T工艺和传统淬火-回火(Q-T)工艺的差异及其对钢力学性能的不同影响,重点讨论在形变中残留奥氏体对超高强钢塑性增强的微观机制,为先进高强钢的进一步发展提供组织设计和控制的理论指导.
Firstly, it discusses the quenching-distributing-tempering (QPT) process developed from the quenching-distribution (Q & P) process and the differences between the two. Concludes the development of QPT steel from ultra-high strength to high-strength plasticity, compares the advanced new QPT process and traditional quenching - Tempering (QT) process and its different effects on the mechanical properties of steel, with emphasis on the microscopic mechanism of residual austenite in the plastic deformation of ultra-high strength steel during deformation, to provide organizational design and control for the further development of advanced high-strength steel Theoretical guidance.
