本厂一部75毫米立式钻床,已使用二十多年,齿轮磨损严重,传动部件松动,用它来镗孔,精度和效率都很差。最近我们想办法对这台旧机床进行改进,使它能满足生产需要。此钻床用来镗孔的直径由(?)30~200毫米,悬臂伸长0.6米,加工长度最大近300毫米。若在此钻床镗孔只能缓慢进行,转速由44至64转/分,光洁度▽3,公差很难保证,而且极易振动。我们首先解决振动问题,并分几步进行工艺改进。1)检查机床发现主轴上的滚动轴承外圈与进给箱体已磨损。决定镗大该孔再打入
