目的 比较国产和进口氨氟醚对全身麻醉患者的肝肾功能影响。方法 选择 40例择期手术患者 ,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级 ,术前检查肝肾功能正常。随机均分 2组 ,Ⅰ组 (2 0例 )术中吸入国产氨氟醚 ,Ⅱ组 (2 0例 )术中吸入进口氨氟醚。监测收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP)、心率 (HR)、血氧饱和度(SPO2 )、心电图 (EKG)至手术结束。分别于麻醉诱导前、术中吸入氨氟醚 6 0min后、术毕停吸氨氟醚 30min后 ,抽取静脉血 2ml,检验肝肾功能 ,同时记录SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2 值。结果 两组患者术前SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2 及肝肾功能均正常 ,两组之间差异无显著性。两组患者麻醉效果相近 ,国产和进口氨氟醚的麻醉强度相似。吸入氨氟醚 6 0min后、术毕停吸氨氟醚 30min后 ,两组患者SBP下降 ,HR均上升 ,总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、前蛋白均明显下降 ,肌酐、尿酸也有下降趋势 ;肝肾功能的 16项指标组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 国产氨氟醚和进口氨氟醚一样对肝肾功能、血流动力学无明显影响 ,国产氨氟醚麻醉效能不亚于进口氨氟醚 ,为一种理想的吸入麻醉药
Objective To compare the effects of domestic and imported enflurane on liver and kidney function in patients under general anesthesia. Methods Forty patients undergoing elective surgery were enrolled in this study. ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade patients were examined with normal liver and kidney function before operation. Randomly divided into two groups, Ⅰ group (20 cases) intraoperative inhalation of domestic ammonia fluoride, Ⅱ group (20 cases) intraoperative inhalation of enflurane. SBP, DBP, heart rate (HR), oxygen saturation (SPO2) and electrocardiogram (EKG) were measured at the end of surgery. Respectively before induction of anesthesia, intraoperative inhalation of 60 min of enflurane, stop breathing after anesthesia 30min, venous blood 2ml, liver and kidney function tests, while recording SBP, DBP, HR, SPO2 value. Results The preoperative SBP, DBP, HR, SPO2 and liver and kidney function were normal in both groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Two groups of patients with similar anesthesia, domestic and imported anesthetic strength of the similarities of enflurane. After 60min of inhalation of enflurane, the SBP decreased, HR increased, total protein, albumin, globulin, preprotein decreased significantly and creatinine and uric acid also decreased after inhalation of enflurane for 30min. There was no significant difference between the 16 indicators of liver and kidney function (P> 0.05). Conclusions Domestic ammonia fluoride has the same effect on hepatic and renal function and hemodynamics as imported ammonia fluoride. Domestic anesthetic efficacy of amiflon is no less than that of imported enflurane, which is an ideal inhalation anesthetic
