1案例资料简要案情某女,37岁。被丈夫用木棍和拳头打击致体表大面积挫伤,送医院抢救1d后死亡。尸表检验腹部、臀部、四肢广泛皮下出血,呈暗红色,部分皮下出血呈黄褐色。解剖检验损伤处皮下出血严重,皮下脂肪大面积挫碎;全身未发现骨折现象。组织病理学检验挫伤处皮下肌肉深染、肿胀,皮下脂肪层见片状红细胞浸润及含铁血黄素颗粒沉积,部分红细胞崩解;肺淤血、水肿,部分肺泡间隔见
