本文调查医用诊断X线工作者(简称放射组)45例的受照剂量和健康情况,并与对照组50例进行比较。放射组平均年剂量当量低于我国最大容许剂量当量的十分之一。健康调查包括临床表现、眼晶状体检查、外周血象、免疫指标、内分泌指标和外周血淋巴细胞微核率等。发现放射组的男性组有6项外周血象、4项内分泌指标明显改变,还见年剂量2～5mGy组的淋巴细胞微核率显著增高。
This article investigates the dose and health status of 45 cases of medical diagnostic X-ray workers (referred to as radiation group), and compared with the control group of 50 patients. The average annual equivalent dose of radiation group is less than one tenth of the maximum allowable dose equivalent in our country. Health survey, including clinical manifestations, lens examination of the eye, peripheral blood, immune indicators, endocrine indicators and peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus rate. The results showed that there were 6 peripheral blood groups in the radiotherapy group and 4 changes in the endocrine index. The micronuclei of lymphocytes in 2 ~ 5mGy group were significantly increased.
