教师的中肯评价对学生来说是弥足珍贵的礼物,它可以有效地激励学生奋发向上,让学生终身受益。今天,随着新课程改革的全面铺开,评价学生的模式也随之改变,如何运用发展性的评价引导学生,调动学生学习的积极性,促进学生的全面发展,也成为了各个教师特别是班主任老师所探索的热点问题。本文对发展性评价的内涵及意义、评价工作中存在的问题、如何做好发展性评价工作三个方面进行了简要阐述。
Teachers’ impartial assessment is a valuable gift to students. It can effectively motivate students to work hard and make students benefit for life. Today, with the new curriculum reform in full swing, the evaluation of students’ modes also changes. This article briefly expounds three aspects of the connotation and significance of the developmental evaluation, the problems existing in the evaluation work and how to make the developmental evaluation work.
