1939年5月12日,三个日本特务在沈家门荷叶湾登陆,被当地军警擒获解送定海警察局。他们自称为中村、船曳友一和江川英武,过去均曾在土肥原部任特务工作,到定海的主要目的是“奔走和平”等等。5月13日、14日,浙江省建设厅第一渔业管理处主任和定海县县长两次前往与他们谈话,他们各自也写了“实感”书面材料。这里节选公布的谈话记录和“实感”译文,披露了战时日本国内天皇、政党及军部之间的重重矛盾和复杂关系;暴露了日本侵略者对闽浙沿海一带的侵略野心;特别是从一个侧面反映了广大日本人民及一般军人同样也是军国主义及其侵略政策的受害者,他们目睹了侵华战争给中国人民带来的深重灾难及中国人民坚决抵抗的精神,加深了对中国人民的了解,对战争抱着困惑反感的心态,日本国内日渐兴起的要求和平、停止战争的思潮使战争的发动者陷于内外矛盾中难以自拔。这份材料对研究抗战时期日本国内的各种情况有一定的参考价值,对促进中日两国人民互相了解,增进友谊也有积极的意义。同时应该指出,由于他们长期受日本国内的教育,加上他们的特殊身份,使他们不可能对战争的起因及怎样结束战争等问题有正确的认识。 此份材料选自浙江省档案馆馆藏国民党浙江省建设厅全宗。 ——浙江省档案馆
On May 12, 1939, three Japanese agents landed at Yerevan Bay, Shenjiamen, and were seized by the local military police to deliver Dinghai Police Station. They claim to be Nakamura, Yasuo Toyoda and Yasuharu Kacho. In the past, they both served as special agents in the field of soil and fertilizer, and the main purpose of Dinghai was “running for peace.” On May 13 and 14, Director of the First Fishery Management Office of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Construction and County Head of Dinghai County went to talk with them twice. Each of them also wrote a written statement of “Real Feeling.” The excerpts from the transcripts of the talks and the translation of “Realism” reveal the heavy contradictions and complex relations between the emperor, the political parties and the military in Japan during wartime; reveal the Japanese aggressors’ aggressive ambitions toward the coastal areas of Fujian and Zhejiang; and especially from One side shows that the vast majority of Japanese people and ordinary military personnel are also the victims of militarism and their aggressive policies. They have witnessed the devastating disaster brought to the Chinese people by the war of aggression and the resolute resistance of the Chinese people, deepening their understanding of the Chinese people’s Understanding that the attitude of confusion and aversion to the war, the growing quest for peace in Japan and the cessation of the war have made it difficult for the war-makers to be trapped in the internal and external conflicts.
