海峡两岸的和平局势是两岸人民的福祗所在,但是大陆只有对“台独”势力保持足够的威慑,才能达到“不战而屈人之兵”的战略效果,换言之,只有大陆保持强大的军事压力,“台独”势力才不敢轻易越过“法理独立”这条“红线”。2005年3月14日,第十届全国人民代表大会第三次会议高票通过了《反分裂国家法》。本文以一名军人的角度论述了这部法律在军事领域的深远影响和重大意义。
The peace across the Taiwan Strait is the blessing of the people on both sides of the Strait. However, the mainland can only achieve its strategic goal of “fighting without arms and letting its troops stand” only if it maintains sufficient deterrence to the “Taiwan independence” forces. In other words, only the mainland maintains Strong military pressure, “Taiwan independence ” forces did not dare to easily cross “legal independence ” this “red line ”. On March 14, 2005, the Third Plenary Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress passed the Anti-Secession Law with a high vote. This article discusses the far-reaching influence and great significance of this law in the military field from the perspective of a soldier.
