中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会令第7号为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于深化行政体制改革,加快转变政府职能的决策部署,切实维护法制统一和推进依法行政,经2015年12月31日国家卫生计生委委主任会议讨论通过,决定废止《农村助产人员管理条例(试行)》等25件部门规章。本决定自公布之日起施行。附件:国家卫生计生委决定废止的部门规章目录(25件)主任2016年1月19日
Order No. 7 of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of the administrative system and expediting the transformation of government functions, we earnestly safeguard the unification of the legal system and promote administration according to law. As of December 31, 2015 National Health and Family Planning Commission discussed and approved the meeting, decided to repeal the “midwives in rural areas Management Regulations (Trial)” and other 25 departmental rules and regulations. This decision shall go into effect as of the date of promulgation.
