水稻稻曲病菌(Ustilaginoidea virens cke.Tak)二代菌种转接在大米培养基上,培养70天后产生厚垣孢子。光照对厚垣孢子产生有一定的诱导作用,在光暗交替的培养条件下可以产生较多厚垣孢子,在26℃黑暗条件下,稻曲病菌可以在 PD、PS、PW、YPPD 培养液中产生分生孢子。稻曲病菌菌核在沙培条件下萌发并可产生成熟的子囊孢子。利用分生孢子、厚垣孢子悬浮液在水稻孕穗期注射接种获得成功。
The second generation of Ustilaginoidea virens cke.Tak was transferred to rice medium and chlamydospore was produced after 70 days of culture. Illumination could induce chlamydospore production more and more chlamydospores could be produced under light and dark alternation conditions. Under the condition of darkness of 26 ℃, the bacteria could be cultured in PD, PS, PW and YPPD medium Produce conidia. The Erysiphe grisea sclerotia germinates under the condition of sand culture and can produce mature ascospores. Using conidia, chlamydospore suspension in booting stage of rice injection success.
