台湾《投资中国》杂志3月号刊载李书良的文章,介绍台湾电机电子公会的一份调查表:大陆明日个城市投资环境好,哪个城市投资环境差。文章也说本次调查的样本数不多,并未完全反映出台商投资的热门据点。 该刊还载文介绍了影响排名的三个城市的三个案例:湖北黄岗——合资经营纠纷;江苏徐州——合资解散纠纷;黑龙江哈尔滨——贸易纠纷。
Taiwan's March China Investment magazine published an article by Li Shu-liang, introducing a questionnaire from the Taiwan Electronics and Electronics Association: the investment environment in cities in mainland China tomorrow is good and the investment environment in which city is poor. The article also said that a small sample of the survey did not fully reflect the hot spots of investment by Taiwanese businessmen. The paper also describes three cases that have affected the ranking of three cities: Huanggang in Hubei - joint venture disputes; Xuzhou in Jiangsu - joint venture dissolution disputes; and Harbin in Heilongjiang - trade disputes.
