中学教学管理方面存在诸多问题,教学管理的不完善也使得教学课程设置体制的不完善。对于教学类的课程设置普遍比较倾向于“学术性”的内容,课程的学习不能很好地结合社会实践,课程结构设置不合理,导致教学实习的效果不好。本文针对教学管理中存在问题进行了对策探讨。
There are many problems in middle school teaching management. The imperfect teaching management also makes the system of teaching curriculum imperfect. For the teaching of curriculum generally tend to “academic ” content, the course of learning can not be a good combination of social practice, the course structure is set unreasonable, resulting in teaching practice is not good. This article aims at the problems in teaching management and discusses the countermeasures.
