据有关统计资料,截至2000年末,全国养老金社会化发放工作取得突破性进展,社会化发放率达到92%;我省已基本实现了养老金的社会化发放。但是,由于养老金社会化发放工作政策性强、涉及面广、复杂多样,正处于不断完善和发展之中,还存在一些不足和需要改进的地方。笔者认为,在加强和完善养老金社会化发放的同时,应进一步加强服务窗口的建设,在服务窗口建设中,重点应抓好服务窗口单位的硬件设施和软件开发两个方面。一、抓好服务窗口的硬件建设。养老金社会化发放服务窗口
According to relevant statistics, as of the end of 2000, breakthroughs have been made in socialized disbursement of pensions across the country and the socialization rate has reached 92%. The province has basically realized the socialization of pensions. However, due to the policy-oriented social pension distribution, involving a wide range of complex and diverse, is under continuous improvement and development, there are still some deficiencies and areas for improvement. The author believes that while strengthening and improving the socialization of pensions, we should further strengthen the construction of service windows. In the construction of service windows, we should pay close attention to the hardware facilities and software development of service window units. First, do a good job of service window hardware.
