推土机履带节在铰孔时要保证所需表面粗糙度甚为困难,特别在大批量生产时。本文研究了铰孔时铰刀的几何形状和切削用量对孔表面粗糙度的影响。 1 试验条件 被铰孔的直径D=45mm,长度L=40mm。履带节由韧性材料40Mn钢制造,其热处理后硬度为241-286HB。预加工孔经2次扩孔,以保证所需铰孔余量。冷却液采用乳化液,流量为5L/min。
Bulldozer track joints in reaming to ensure the required surface roughness is very difficult, especially in high-volume production.
