培养学生的实践能力是独立学院投资学专业人才培养目标所需,也是当今社会对理论能力和实践能力俱备的复合型应用型人才所需。文章结合独立学院投资学专业的人才培养目标,分析了独立学院投资学专业加强学生实践能力培养的重要性,并指出独立学院投资学专业培养学生的实践能力存在的问题,然后提出一系列改进对策和建议。
The cultivation of students’ practical ability is required for the training of investment professionals in independent colleges, and is also required by today’s society for a composite applied talents with both theoretical ability and practical ability.
