目的探讨碳酸酐酶Ⅱ(CAⅡ)在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)组织中的表达及与其临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测54例GIST组织中CAⅡ的表达情况。结果 GIST组织中CAⅡ表达阳性率为66.7%(36/54),CAⅡ表达与肿瘤大小、原发部位及危险度分级有关(P<0.01)。结论 CAⅡ表达可能与GIST的发生发展有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ (CA Ⅱ) in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemistry EnVision method was used to detect the expression of CA Ⅱ in 54 cases of GIST. Results The positive expression rate of CA Ⅱ in GIST tissues was 66.7% (36/54). The expression of CA Ⅱ was related to tumor size, primary site and risk grade (P <0.01). Conclusion CA Ⅱ expression may be related to the occurrence and development of GIST.
