目的对甘肃、青海和内蒙古3个产地黑果枸杞所含23种微量元素进行含量测定分析研究,为今后黑果枸杞开发利用与深入研究提供科学依据。方法采用微波消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对3个产地黑果枸杞所含23种微量元素进行含量测定,方法便捷,稳定性好,精密度高,检出限低。结果3个产地所产黑果枸杞中,均含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,所含重金属均未超标,均在安全值范围内,相比较而言,青海格尔木市河西农场3连所产的黑果枸杞中,所含人体必需微量元素含量最高,质量最好。结论3个产地的黑果枸杞均含丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,且重金属元素均在安全范围,可安全食用,有较大的开发利用潜力。
Objective To determine the contents of 23 trace elements contained in black berry wolfberry in three producing areas of Gansu, Qinghai and Inner Mongolia so as to provide a scientific basis for the future development and utilization of wolfberry in black fruit. Methods Microwave digestion, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry were used to determine the content of 23 trace elements contained in three Chinese black fruit Lycium barbarum L. The method was simple, stable, high precision and low detection limit . Results Black wolfberry produced in three producing areas all contained rich trace elements beneficial to the human body, and the contained heavy metals did not exceed the standard value, all within the safe value range. In comparison, Black fruit wolfberry, contains the highest content of essential trace elements in the human body, the best quality. Conclusion The three black berries of Lycium barbarum are rich in trace elements beneficial to human body, and the heavy metal elements are in the safe range, safe to eat, and have great potential for development and utilization.
