再生资源综合利用是我国的一项重大技术经济政策。如何使这些再生资源减量化、无害化和资源化,长春第一汽车制造厂在多年的工作实践中对此做出了科学回答。汽车生产是资源密集型的产业,随着生产的发展,产生大量的工业废弃物。多年来“一汽”围绕大型企业如何搞好资源综合利用进行了艰苦的实践,逐步摸索出一套具有“一汽”特色的资源综合利用管理模式。这可概括为六个方面:
The comprehensive utilization of renewable resources is a major technical and economic policy in our country. How to make these renewable resources reduce, harmless and resource-based, Changchun First Automobile Works in the years of work practice made a scientific answer. Automobile production is a resource-intensive industry, with the development of production, resulting in a large amount of industrial waste. Over the years, “FAW” has made painstaking efforts on how to do a good job of comprehensive utilization of resources in large-scale enterprises and has gradually found out a set of management model of comprehensive utilization of resources with the characteristics of “FAW”. This can be summed up in six aspects:
