建立测定蒙药复方述达格-4药材中1-苯基-7-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)苯基-5-醇-3-庚酮含量的方法.色谱柱为InertsilODS-3(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈(B)-0.5%磷酸水溶液(A)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~20min,0%B→45%B;20~25min,45%B→55%B;25~40min,55%B→100%B),流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL.结果表明蒙药复方述达格-4药材中1-苯基-7-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)苯基-5-醇-3-庚酮在0.102-1.02μg(r=0.99999)质量范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤2%,平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.63%(RSD=1.77%).本法简便、快速、准确,可为蒙药复方述达格-4的质量控制提供依据.
To establish a method for determination of 1-phenyl-7- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy) phenyl-5-oxo-3-heptanone in Mongolian medicine Suda Dag-4.The column was Inertsil ODS-3 (0-20 min, 0% B → 45% B; 20-25 min, 45% B → 0-20 min) using a mobile phase of acetonitrile (B) -0.5% phosphoric acid in water 55% B, 100% B), the flow rate was 1.0ml · min-1, the detection wavelength was 210nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 20μL. The molar ratio of 1-phenyl-7- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy) phenyl-5-ol-3-heptanone to the peak area was within the range of 0.102-1.02μg (r = 0.99999) The RSD≤2%, the average recovery (n = 6) was 99.63% (RSD = 1.77%) for the linear relationship, precision, stability and repeatability test.The method was simple, rapid and accurate and could be used for Mongolian compound Describe Dag-4 quality control basis.
