外伤性前房积血容易引起继发青光眼、角膜血染,而丧失视力,为了有效地控制并发症,笔者采用血栓通治疗外伤性前房积血,取得了比较明显的效果,现报告如下: 资料与方法共收治22例,22只眼,男13例、女4例。年龄5～10岁6例,10～20岁7例,20～29岁6例,30～39岁3例,全部都在伤后二天内入院,积血发生在伤后12小时内,积血量占前房二分之一以上15例,二分之一以下7例,眼压全部都在25mmHg以上,应用血栓通
