中国农业发展银行广西区分行机关党委于1995年诞生。在这一年里,我行机关党委按照新时期党的建设总目标的要求,结合实际情况,决定开展党建“四三五一”目标活动,构造新时期的“伟大工程”。所谓四,即四抓,抓好党的思想、组织、制度、作风建设落实;所谓三,即三帮,每个党员帮助一名非党群众,帮党委提一条合理化建议,帮党委办一件好事;所谓五,即五带头,每个党员做到学习、奋进、勤政、廉政、团结带头;所谓一,即每个党员保证自己不出问题。具体的措施是:
